Under Android there are two possibilities where you can find shortcuts to your installed programs. One on the home screen and the other in the app drawer. The home screen would be like the desktop on the computer and the app drawer is the start menu. In the app drawer you will find all apps installed on your mobile device. When installing apps from the Google Play Store or Amazon App Shop, you can also find the program shortcuts very often on the last page of the home screen.
After successful installation, you will find Legantoo in the app drawer on your mobile device. The „All Apps“ button can usually be found on the bottom right of the home screen. Open the list of your installed applications by double-tapping on the icon of the same name. Find the entry „Legantoo“ in the list and double-tap it to open the program. Alternatively, you can open Legantoo by a voice command through the Google Now Assistant. Just say „Open Leganto“ or „Open App Legantoo“ after enabling Google Now.
Please note that you can also create a link from Legantoo directly on the home screen. Double tap on „Legantoo“ and hold your finger after the second tap on the icon until you hear the message that the home screen is visible. Now lift your finger off the display and Legantoo's shortcut is on the home screen.
This step is usually not necessary if you purchased the app from the Google Play Store or the Amazon App Shop. In this case, the program shortcut is automatically on the home screen. If you have multiple home screens on your mobile device, you will usually find the Legantoo icon on the last home screen page.
The first time the program launches, it opens a preference window that tells you how to handle your library and where to save it. First, you have the option to choose whether you want to create a completely new library or use an existing one. If you choose to use an existing library, you must then choose the location of the existing library. If you decide for a new library, then you can adapt the given directory to your wishes and select your own folder. You can also keep the default directory.
Please note that older versions of Android 6 do not have the option to set up the library on a memory card. In previous releases, you must set up the library on your internal storage.
When you have made the settings, click on the OK button. Now the actual program interface of Legantoo opens and you can start your work.
